By moving with curiosity rather than urgency, we allow healing to unfold at its own pace.
Whether through stillness, movement, reflection, or conversation, Low + Slow is an invitation to trust that sometimes less is more.
Meaningful change stems from mindful awareness of what is already present, rather than striving for peak experiences.
A two-hour psycholytic ketamine-assisted yin practice using supported floor shapes, spacious pacing, and inward attention to make room for varied brain-body experiences.
Poses are typically held for 3–5 minutes with an emphasis on comfort, stillness, breath, and spacious awareness rather than stretching deeply or achieving a shape.
Blankets, pillows, bolsters, blocks, eyeshades, and headphones may be used according to your preferences.

A three-hour, medicine-free professional training designed for clinicians and yoga teachers.
Inside Low + Slow explores how movement, supported positioning, stillness, and rest can be incorporated into Psycholytic Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) without turning the body into a task or overriding the client’s unfolding process.
Three NBCC CE hours available for live participation.
Additionally, RYTs may receive three Yoga Alliance continuing-education hours.
Inside Low + Slow helps participants develop a flexible menu of movement and support options that can be adapted to the person, setting, phase of treatment, and unfolding experience.
The professional training is live, interactive, and medicine-free.
Recording and resources are available to all registrants, though continuing education (CE) credits are not provided for recorded content.
Explore how movement-informed invitations may be incorporated into psycholytic preparation, medicine-session support, and integration without imposing a predetermined meaning or outcome.
Explore the movement methodology underlying Low + Slow; including choice-centered cueing, accessible positioning, pacing, props, transitions, stillness, and support over shape.
Yoga professionals will also examine the boundaries of participating in interdisciplinary KAP spaces.
This training does not authorize yoga teachers to provide psychotherapy, administer ketamine, or independently facilitate ketamine treatment.
Participants who hold both clinical and yoga credentials can examine how the two disciplines may inform one another while maintaining clear professional roles and boundaries.
Dual-credentialed participants may request both certificates by choosing the "CE Combo" option at checkout.

Meredith Futernick-Gerak (she/hers), LPC is a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist, Approved Brainspotting Consultant, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
Before becoming a therapist, yoga was one of the first practices that helped her reconnect with herself during a difficult season of life. What began as a personal practice in 2011 eventually led to a 200-hour yoga teacher training focused on Classical Yoga + Philosophy in Thailand (2016), Yin Yoga training (2017), and years of teaching and exploring the relationship between body, brain, and healing.
Meredith's work brings together Trauma-Informed Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Brainspotting, and Parts Work. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, choice, and the belief that meaningful change often happens when we slow down.
Low + Slow is an evolving experience born from that intersection.
Integrative Journey Modern Psychotherapy Co. has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7693.
